The Manager, Solutions Engineering at Mixpanel will lead a team of analytics consultants, drive technical expertise in sales, and enhance customer success through coaching, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving.

Own technically complex accounting workstreams including ASC 606 revenue close, stock-based compensation (ASC 718), consolidated financial statements, audit liaison, policy memos, SOX controls, cross-functional accounting guidance, and process/system improvements using AI tools.

Lead Mixpanel's global product marketing function: define positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy; run launches and enterprise win/loss; enable Sales, CS, and Marketing; guide pricing and competitive intelligence; lead events and analyst relations; build and manage a high-performing PMM team and experiment with AI to drive efficiency and innovation.

The Manager, Solutions Engineering will lead a team of analytics consultants, drive customer value, refine technical sales processes, and manage team development. Responsibilities include mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, and driving results to meet business goals.

Build end-to-end AI-powered analytics features across frontend and backend, including agent logic, query orchestration, visualization, and delivery. Partner with Product, Design, and AI Engine teams, instrument adoption and quality metrics, and participate in on-call rotations to keep systems healthy.

Partner with customers from pre-sales to post-implementation to design scalable analytics, data governance, and instrumentation. Drive ROI, data health, adoption, and change management while coordinating engineering, product, and stakeholders to optimize Mixpanel deployments and business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end strategic partnerships with AI platforms, hyperscalers, and developer tools. Drive market analysis, deal structuring, negotiation, cross-functional alignment, and GTM activation to create embedded distribution, revenue share, and API integration outcomes.

Build and maintain developer infrastructure to accelerate engineering productivity: manage CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes/GKE, cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), observability pipelines, dev environments, and AI coding agents; partner with teams to improve deployment safety, reliability, and developer experience.

Lead end-to-end strategic technology partnerships (LLMs, hyperscalers, AI developer tools, data platforms). Source, structure, and negotiate deals (rev share, API embedding, data licensing), run market diligence, and drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing to activate partner-led GTM and revenue outcomes.

Lead end-to-end strategic partnerships with AI platforms, hyperscalers, and developer tools. Source, structure, negotiate, and close embedded distribution and revenue-share deals. Perform market due diligence, drive executive alignment, coordinate cross-functional GTM execution, and design partner playbooks to generate pipeline and strategic outcomes.
