Lead systems engineering and design for large-scale FAA radio network deployments. Conduct site surveys, network configuration, system decomposition, requirements definition, trade studies, and MBSE modeling. Lead cloud data lakehouse architecture for a federal species-data migration program. Design Databricks Delta Live Tables ETL pipelines, harmonize schemas, establish metadata and authoritative-source standards, implement data quality frameworks, oversee version-controlled deployment, and guide FedRAMP-compliant AWS production operations. Produce data model harmonization and operational handoff documentation while supporting pipeline monitoring, maintenance, and government review.

Engineer and sustain TAK Server environments across Windows, RHEL, classified, unclassified, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. Deploy and support ATAK, WinTAK, and WebTAK clients, manage certificates and data packages, perform upgrades, patching, STIG implementation, and vulnerability remediation. Support tactical application servers, system integration, network connectivity, firewall configuration, RMF security controls, cloud deployments, and operational exercises while troubleshooting systems and coordinating with government, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis of foreign directed energy weapon systems, including laser, RF, and high-power microwave architectures. Assess propagation, adaptive optics, thermal blooming, radar interactions, sensor effects, system designs, engagement scenarios, and target coupling. Translate technical intelligence into defensible modeling assumptions, provide technical leadership and mentorship, track global DEW developments, and produce IC-standard reports and structured data products. Requires defense or intelligence program experience and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
