Administers classified and unclassified Linux and Windows infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, hardware, security configurations, backups, recovery, and monitoring. Performs system hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, audit support, documentation, and physical infrastructure work. Translates intelligence findings into system requirements, develops DoDAF-compliant architectures, designs SOA solutions, performs trade studies and Analysis of Alternatives, manages risks and configuration control, and provides technical direction for complex hardware/software development, integration, and testing. Collaborates with cryptologic intelligence and target digital network analysts.

Architects and manages enterprise IT requirements across multiple projects for a federal agency. Coordinates stakeholders, project managers, and development teams; gathers, decomposes, and aligns technical requirements; reduces duplicated efforts; creates enterprise project plans; and helps track cross-project implementation. Requires cloud, architecture, SDLC, agile, business process, security, and compliance knowledge, along with an active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.

Lead development of an AI assistant and MCP server for a DoD RF spectrum monitoring application. Design tool interfaces, deploy local models in air-gapped environments, integrate LLM functionality across FastAPI, React, and PostgreSQL systems, and develop prompts, evaluation frameworks, and context strategies. Collaborate with engineering and domain stakeholders to identify use cases, improve assistant reliability, document architecture, and support Python and TypeScript/Node.js services.
