Handle moderately complex to complex workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Determine liability/compensability, evaluate damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation and external experts, attend trials, mentor team members, and participate in quality reviews and claim-related committees and investigations.
