Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation from intake through resolution. Manage discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, and draft pleadings and motions. Provide legal advice to claims teams, use e-discovery/case management tools, assess risk, communicate timely with clients, and support process improvements under supervision.

Produce state-level auto rate indications, shape indication strategy, enhance methodologies and processes, and partner with Risk Analytics and State Management. Underwrite Wholesale Excess & Surplus casualty policies within delegated authority, manage a broker/client portfolio, develop market relationships, analyze portfolio performance, advise on product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior underwriters.

Lead design and evolution of private credit operating model and deal lifecycle processes. Drive process improvements, data quality standards, cross-functional alignment, risk controls, and automation to support portfolio growth and complex loan structures. Act as operational subject matter expert, engage early on new deal types, and communicate changes to senior stakeholders.
