Manages sales training content, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, delivery, governance, records, and reporting. Facilitates product training, maintains learning databases and materials, evaluates program effectiveness, recommends process improvements, and collaborates with corporate partners to support curriculum and training operations.

Develop territory strategies to grow market share and sales of regenerative biologics, advanced wound care, and surgical products. Build relationships with physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, and surgical centers; grow existing accounts and identify new prospects. Support presentations, marketing and sales planning, reimbursement issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to clinical and customer sites within the assigned territory.

Manage procurement activities including creating and maintaining purchase orders, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation and relationship management. Track spend, supplier performance, compliance metrics, and resolve material availability issues. Use QAD, CLM, and AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to support cross-functional supply chain initiatives in a regulated environment.
