Leads people analytics and total rewards insights across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, compensation, equity, and organizational health. Integrates data from HR and recruiting systems, builds trusted reporting, conducts compensation benchmarking and cap table forecasting, and provides recommendations to People, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and business leaders. The role also supports HR technology platforms and identifies workforce risks and opportunities.

Researches and resolves commercial invoicing discrepancies using Salesforce and partner invoices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and field service partners to validate discrepancies, update records, or negotiate corrections. Maintains discrepancy logs, analyzes patterns, and develops standard operating procedure improvements for leadership. Requires solar technical troubleshooting and invoicing experience, with commercial solar and Salesforce experience preferred.

Lead end-to-end accounting for multi-entity US and Australian operations: consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, audit readiness, tax and compliance, controls, and systems. Own external audit, bank covenants, investor reporting, and accounting technology roadmap (NetSuite, automation, AI). Manage and develop a 4-8 person team and partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO.

Own and scale the corporate three-statement financial model; lead monthly/quarterly forecasting; build scenario plans; analyze financial performance; prepare executive and board reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial alignment and tool/process improvements.
