The Client Engagement Liaison provides operational consulting, manages client engagements, and supports investment operations initiatives with a focus on optimizing workflows and ensuring quality delivery.

Support onboarding and transition of investment managers across a global platform. Manage client engagement, build and track project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Operations, Risk, Technology, Portfolio Finance), maintain pipeline reporting, produce KPIs and standardized playbooks, and escalate issues to keep launches on schedule.

Lead fund accounting for a portfolio of alternative investment funds: oversee financial statement preparation, review complex transactions and waterfall models, manage audits, coach staff, maintain client relationships, and drive operational improvements.

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform: configure objects, fields, security, automation (Flows/workflows), reports/dashboards; manage data imports/cleanup; support users; document configurations; participate in testing, releases, and integrations with technical teams.

Manage and grow relationships with asset managers, advisors, broker-dealers and platforms; oversee service delivery and issue resolution; provide expert knowledge of retail alternative investments; coordinate cross-functional teams; lead staff; ensure regulatory compliance; analyze performance and reporting; improve procedures and support business development.
