Participates in peer review and communicates findings clearly. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience is required.

Support and execute the corporate business continuity program across the Americas. Conduct business impact and risk assessments, document plans in the corporate continuity tool, coordinate recovery strategies with stakeholders, run exercises and tests, analyze data and produce reports, and support tools, trainings, and workplace resilience initiatives.

Serve as the primary commercial finance partner for the Security service line, driving pricing, margin, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Provide actionable financial insight, support budgeting/forecasting cycles, lead margin improvement deep-dives, and embed commercial discipline across pricing, working capital, and investment decisions. Collaborate with FP&A, Financial Control, and Operations, champion commercial tools and AI-enabled efficiency improvements, and deliver stakeholder reporting and strategic long-term financial recommendations.

Coordinate triage of client requests and connect clients with relevant teams. Support crisis preparedness and response across financial crime, integrity, physical and information security. Assist in scoping, delivery, reporting, data collection/analysis, project controls, and predicting engagement time/cost outcomes. Develop training and internal references, prepare reports, support business development and marketing by converting cases to collateral, maintain client documentation, and implement product/account setups.
