Execute corporate business continuity strategy for the Americas, run impact and risk assessments, document plans in continuity tools, coordinate recovery with facilities and IT, facilitate exercises and tests, analyze data and produce reports, support trainings and program implementation, and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders during disruptions.

Serve as the primary commercial finance partner for the Security service line, driving pricing, margin, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Provide actionable financial insight, support budgeting/forecasting cycles, lead margin improvement deep-dives, and embed commercial discipline across pricing, working capital, and investment decisions. Collaborate with FP&A, Financial Control, and Operations, champion commercial tools and AI-enabled efficiency improvements, and deliver stakeholder reporting and strategic long-term financial recommendations.

Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity. Execute incident response playbooks for analysis, containment, remediation, and reporting. Perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, tune detections with Security Engineering, and support 24/7 on-call rotations and escalation processes. Contribute to playbook and detection improvements.

Lead and grow the disputes support practice across the USA and Americas by acquiring and managing client relationships, driving business development, shaping dispute strategy, overseeing delivery of complex investigations and forensic projects, collaborating with global teams, and improving commercial and operational performance.

Conduct OSINT across social media, deep and dark web to identify threats and trends. Gather information on individuals/groups, research new sources, and support bespoke threat assessments. Produce concise written intelligence reports, perform peer review, and develop collection/analysis capabilities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred.
