Responsibilities include managing multi-cloud infrastructure with IaC, operating Kubernetes fleets, building self-service developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines, managing GitOps deployments, designing service mesh and networking systems, operating observability platforms, and implementing zero-trust access. The role partners with Security on secrets, policy-as-code, HIPAA, and SOC 2 compliance while making architecture decisions and operating systems end to end.

Own end-to-end customer implementation and launch of Athelas Air EHR. Map clinical and administrative workflows, translate needs into technical specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, develop scalable launch playbooks, improve operational processes, build Retool applications, and support go-live adoption. Build relationships with clinicians, administrators, and IT stakeholders; drive product adoption, monitor usage, conduct strategic reviews, deliver training, manage renewals, resolve issues, and ensure timely payments. Partner with implementation, support, product, engineering, and finance teams to improve customer outcomes and scalability. Mentor junior team members and travel 20–30% for onsite client engagements.
