Lead design and delivery of SAP finance solutions (FICO) using ABAP on HANA and Fiori/UI5. Configure FICO, develop ABAP/CDS/AMDP artifacts, perform unit/system/UAT testing, coach teams, support deployments, and drive secure, high-quality coding and process improvements.

Design, develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and automated reporting processes. Build visualizations with Tableau/Qlik and Angular extensions. Create ETL pipelines and multidimensional reporting data marts using PySpark and SSIS. Design solution architecture (C4), collaborate across product, QA, UX, and C-level data/tech teams, engage stakeholders, and lead or coach team members to deliver timely, accurate data insights for decision making.

Partner with senior Equities leadership to define and execute global client engagement strategy. Deliver data-driven insights, lead strategic initiatives and change management, improve operational efficiency, manage performance reporting, and advise on financial planning, risk and controls, and workforce planning across regions.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software for a trading desk; provide Level 3 support; perform code reviews; manage deployments, change requests, and infrastructure/tech-debt upgrades (OS, Java runtime, databases, caching); enforce secure coding and unit testing; collaborate cross-functionally and lead or coach teams to deliver production-grade solutions.

Design, develop, maintain, and deploy Java-based, distributed enterprise applications. Collaborate with product and IT teams, ensure performance, scalability, security, and test coverage, participate in code reviews, support production deployments and troubleshooting, and help improve platform architecture and technical practices.

Support and maintain FX single-dealer trading and algorithmic platforms: monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, automate processes, enhance monitoring, manage capacity/resiliency, lead incident response, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted trading operations.
