Provides clerical and administrative support for regional office operations, including filing, data entry, payables coding, supply management, mail processing, reception backup, visitor assistance, conference room upkeep, and meeting coordination. Operates office equipment, prepares reports, handles communications, and supports special projects while maintaining organized, accurate, and timely work.

The role requires strong payroll systems expertise, knowledge of multistate regulations, analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective client relationship management.

Supports external wholesalers, producers, and clients throughout life insurance sales opportunities. Responsibilities include case design, product recommendations, illustrations, client and prospect communications, medical issue coordination, sales activity tracking, CRM documentation, forecasting, and participation in sales campaigns and client events. The role requires consultative sales support, insurance product knowledge, regulatory awareness, strong communication, responsiveness, and collaboration across internal departments.

Supports the underwriting team by issuing and delivering contract binding and brokerage policies, following up with agents on required documentation, ordering loss runs, handling incoming calls, distributing faxes, and managing front-desk inquiries.

Processes invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions within insurance accounting teams. Maintains accurate records, supports transactional workflows, researches basic discrepancies, responds to routine inquiries, and collaborates across teams. The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, comfort with technology, and willingness to learn accounting processes and systems.
