Provides reception and office administrative support, including answering calls, greeting visitors, processing mail, coordinating conference rooms and lunch meetings, maintaining common areas, distributing faxes, reporting building issues, managing contact lists, ordering supplies, and assisting with data entry, reporting, and deposits. Requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, computer, and organizational skills in a full-time office environment.

Provides customer service to clients, team members, and carriers while maintaining accurate records in agency systems. Requires strong organization, communication, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills; insurance experience and an applicable Florida property and casualty license are preferred.

Manage and service middle-market commercial insurance accounts with emphasis on real estate. Evaluate coverages, prepare marketing and renewal materials, negotiate with carriers, authorize certificates and binders, review contracts and policies, conduct client visits, and apply basic loss-analysis and retrospective rating knowledge. Maintain client relationships and pursue professional development.

Provide absence management consulting for short- and long-term disability, FMLA, ADA, PFML, PWFA and PTO programs. Analyze carrier and employer data, support RFPs/vendor selection and implementations, develop strategy and evaluation criteria, manage vendor relationships, and represent HUB at industry events. Collaborate with clients to design and improve absence program processes and compliance.

Services assigned commercial insurance accounts by reviewing coverage, limits, and client needs; recommends appropriate solutions; maintains client relationships; develops new business; prepares applications, proposals, certificates, invoices, and renewal transactions; maintains agency management records; supports premium collections; and contributes to departmental production and profitability goals.

Advocates for HUB clients on significant and complex property and casualty claims, including coverage determinations, scope-of-loss assessments, large-loss technical support, and coordination with insurers. Serves as a claims resource for internal teams, supports assigned accounts, facilitates client-carrier claim reviews, assists with prospective client sales presentations, and provides technical guidance across commercial liability, auto, workers’ compensation, and property claims.

Lead regional HR strategy for HUB Northeast and HUB New England, advising senior leadership, driving talent management, M&A integration, workforce planning, culture and engagement. Own HRBP team leadership, people analytics-driven decisions, succession and retention, and aligning HR investments to business outcomes to support revenue growth and successful deal integrations.

Assist Account Executives and Managers with client servicing: prepare certificates of insurance and policy binders, process loss runs, endorsements, and audits, maintain suspense system and account data, provide customer service and receptionist support, and perform other assigned duties to support account management.
