The Employee Benefits Account Manager supports Producers by managing day-to-day business needs, attending client meetings, and ensuring timely communication and implementation of employee benefits plans.

Manage and expand an assigned commercial insurance book through consultative account management, carrier marketing and negotiation, risk control coordination, claims support, and client relationship building. Support Producers, lead service delivery, conduct client reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with HUB procedures and insurance regulations.

Support Benefits Division leadership with CRM and Monday.com administration, data manipulation and reporting, monthly scorecards, event coordination, executive calendar management, cross-functional liaison duties, OKR tracking, and ad hoc operational projects.

Provide professional client service and sales support for personal lines insurance accounts: process binders, endorsements, renewals, claims assistance, underwriting submissions, premium collection follow-up, and maintain accurate account records and agency systems.
