Lead change enablement for enterprise technology initiatives: assess impact, map stakeholders, design user-centered adoption journeys, create communications and enablement plans, monitor adoption metrics, collaborate across PMO, Technology, and Operations, and evolve change methodologies to minimize disruption and drive adoption.

Manage an assigned book of employee benefits accounts, focus on client retention and service, handle transactions and paperwork, maintain client records, act as client manager for middle-market accounts, and mentor junior staff.

Assist Account Executives and Account Managers with client servicing tasks: prepare certificates and policy binders, process loss runs, handle endorsements and audits, maintain account data and suspense items, provide customer service and receptionist support, and perform other duties as assigned.

The Account Manager will service personal insurance accounts, maintain client relationships, develop new business, and prepare policy documents.

The Account Manager II manages client insurance policies, maintains relationships, oversees account services, prepares proposals, and resolves escalated client issues.

Manage a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, provide day-to-day client service, support retention and renewals, liaise with carriers and producers, resolve billing and policy issues, mentor account administrators, and maintain accurate records in broker systems.

Provide client-facing administrative support for commercial lines accounts: respond to policy inquiries, maintain renewal controls and account files, prepare quotes/proposals, coordinate with carriers, and assist Account Managers.
