The Account Manager is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships. Duties include analyzing coverage, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.

Manage and retain assigned personal lines insurance accounts, serve as technical broker-consultant, coordinate carrier marketing and risk-control, oversee service delivery with Account Managers, conduct annual reviews, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain client relationships including C-level engagement.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, lead renewals and RFPs, coordinate carrier/vendor relationships and implementations, resolve claims and coverage issues, deliver client presentations, maintain tracking systems (BenefitPoint, monday.com), ensure compliance and onboarding, and support client retention alongside account team members.

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, support producers on renewals and marketing, process transactions and documentation, liaise with carriers, troubleshoot claims/billing, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate account records.

Provide administrative support for commercial healthcare insurance accounts: data entry, policy documentation, certificates of insurance, invoicing, scanning/filing, change processing, and supporting Account Managers through renewal and servicing tasks.

Manage and service middle-market commercial insurance accounts with emphasis on real estate. Evaluate coverages, prepare marketing and renewal materials, negotiate with carriers, authorize certificates and binders, review contracts and policies, conduct client visits, and apply basic loss-analysis and retrospective rating knowledge. Maintain client relationships and pursue professional development.

Sell commercial insurance products, prospect and develop new clients, quote and contract coverages, provide technical support and product education, maintain client database, and meet sales targets while participating in ongoing industry education.

Manage an assigned book of employee benefits accounts to retain clients through professional service, oversee transactions and paperwork, maintain client records, act as client manager for middle market accounts, mentor associates, implement client service plans, and pursue professional development.

Lead architecture for finance systems (ERP, subledger, reconciliation, reporting), define target-state and roadmaps, drive modernization, application rationalization, integration and data standards, advise delivery teams, and evaluate emerging technologies including cloud and AI/ML to ensure scalable, auditable, and compliant finance solutions.

Manage and retain commercial insurance accounts; design insurance programs; coordinate carrier marketing and risk control; mentor AAEs; conduct client reviews; identify cross-sell opportunities; ensure regulatory and HUB system compliance.
