The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager supports Account Managers and Producers by processing transactions, managing documentation, and providing customer service for assigned accounts.

Service, maintain, and grow a book of Management Liability accounts (D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime). Provide subject-matter expertise to partner agents, manage carrier relationships, complete and review applications, obtain and compare quotes, present proposals, bind coverage, document transactions in the AMS, and pursue retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while delivering high-quality client service.

Manage a complex commercial-lines insurance book: serve clients, handle renewals, obtain and review quotes, negotiate with underwriters, ensure accurate policy binding and records, delegate to associate account managers, and support producer presentations to retain and grow business.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering opportunities to increase business while interacting with producers and account executives.

The Employee Benefits Advisor provides insurance guidance, prospects new clients, maintains client database, and collaborates with the team to achieve sales targets.

Manage a book of employee benefits clients, handle day-to-day service, claims and billing issues, vendor and carrier implementations, open enrollment materials, benchmarking and renewal preparation, assist RFPs, and support client retention and compliance.

Manage servicing of high-net-worth marine and RV insurance accounts: process new business, renewals, endorsements, market shopping, payments, documentation, and client/broker communications. Ensure accuracy, timely issuance, and excellent customer service for hull values $1.5M+.

Manage a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, provide client and carrier service, coordinate renewals, strategic planning, risk assessments, claims/billing resolution, and support producers. Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, maintain accurate account records, mentor junior staff, and ensure policies stay in force while adhering to HUB procedures.

This role involves preparing financial statements, supporting external reporting, collaborating with multiple teams, and assisting with compliance and automation efforts.

The Staff Accountant will prepare bank account subledger transactions, assist with GL closing processes, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, and support financial data analysis.
