Manage tax services for high-net-worth individuals and related entities: oversee preparation and review of complex returns, provide proactive tax planning and client advisory, supervise and coach associates, coordinate with wealth advisors, manage deadlines and workflow, ensure quality control, and support business development and process improvements.

Serve as the specialist for benefits administration technology (primarily Employee Navigator). Own client onboarding, group renewals, integrations (EDI/XML/API), system audits, and user training. Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, submit escalations, and help shape system strategy while ensuring compliance and timely service.
