Manage a portfolio of delinquent commercial accounts by contacting customers, resolving payment issues, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, meeting collection performance standards, and partnering with sales/field teams to expedite account resolution and retain customers.

Manage a high-volume commercial collections portfolio ($2M+, up to 3,000 accounts). Contact 30+ business customers daily, resolve payment issues, coordinate cross-departmentally, maintain account records, meet collections performance targets, and partner with sales/dealers to expedite resolution.

Perform month-end close including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations and settlements, daily cash reporting and wire requests. Prepare account reconciliations, ad hoc reports, and audit support. Serve as backup for vendor/customer refunds setup, respond to dealer inquiries, and lead special projects involving the general ledger.

Perform high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify B2B sales opportunities, schedule appointments for Field Sales, maintain Salesforce records, use data to improve campaigns, and collaborate with managers and teams to meet targets.

Lead product engineering across the product lifecycle: launch go-to-market projects, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct lab/field testing, provide Tier-3 technical support, create technical documentation and training, drive process improvements, troubleshoot mechanical/software/network issues, and visit factories/customers as needed.

Build relationships and generate new business by prospecting and managing opportunities across the sales cycle. Engage customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings. Grow existing accounts, collaborate with teammates, and maintain a sales pipeline. Hybrid role with local customer visits 2-3 days per week.
