Develops and optimizes OU Health’s web and marketing technology ecosystem, including CMS platforms, Salesforce and marketing automation integrations, analytics connections, SEO, accessibility, personalization, A/B testing, and site performance. Troubleshoots technical issues, manages documentation and version control, and collaborates with content and UX teams to support patient acquisition and digital engagement. The role may be filled at Level I, II, or III depending on experience.

Performs healthcare supply chain operations, including receiving, put-away, requisitioning, picking, distributing, delivering, auditing, restocking, inventory counting, discrepancy reporting, and supply room maintenance. Supports perpetual inventory accuracy, case cart and procedural cart preparation, warehouse storage, and supply chain projects. Trains staff and verifies requisitions in Workday while handling physical demands and operating pallet jacks.

Plans and executes community outreach programs, sponsorships, partnerships, volunteer initiatives, fundraisers, and events across Oklahoma. Manages community relationships, contract deliverables, stakeholder communications, contact databases, and impact reporting. Collaborates with marketing and communications teams on community campaigns and represents OU Health with external partners. Requires strong project management, nonprofit community knowledge, communication skills, and flexibility for evening and weekend events.
