Analyze and process FMLA and paid leave claims, determine eligibility and benefits, calculate and issue payments/adjustments, communicate with claimants and clients, and maintain documentation and client relationships within service standards.

Provide general office administration support: type form letters, maintain and locate claim files, process packets, perform data entry, prepare spreadsheets/documents, answer phones, manage supplies and mail/faxes, print reports, and support quality programs and other assigned duties.

Manage mid- and higher-level auto commercial and personal lines claims: determine exposure, set reserves, approve payments, negotiate subrogation and settlements, document files, and communicate with claimants and clients while maintaining client relationships.

Design, prototype, and deploy production machine learning models and end-to-end ETL pipelines. Partner with product and engineering to scope data science projects, perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model review. Communicate findings to stakeholders, explore new data sources, mentor team members, and apply supervised/unsupervised techniques; experience with NLP and healthcare data preferred.

Adjudicate California workers' compensation claims: investigate, analyze exposure, negotiate settlements within authority, communicate with claimants and clients, report to excess carriers, and meet service expectations and licensing requirements.

Handle low- to mid-level auto and transportation claims: assess damage, process payments, perform coverage/liability analysis, pursue subrogation and salvage, meet state deadlines, and communicate with insureds, clients, and agents while maintaining file quality and client relations.
