Lead end-to-end consumer product strategy for Blue Apron subscription journeys, driving conversion, retention, churn reduction, and LTV through data-driven experimentation, cross-functional partnership, and lifecycle product initiatives.

Lead Wonder's retention product strategy and roadmap across post-purchase lifecycle, driving repeat orders, frequency, churn reduction, and LTV through experimentation, personalization, subscription and loyalty features. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and CRM to build membership (Wonder+), segmentation, and notification systems, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
