Lead ceded reinsurance placement and analysis, oversee treaty renewals and facultative placements, ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting, partner with underwriting/actuarial/accounting/claims, manage broker and reinsurer relationships, drive reporting standardization and system improvements, and provide subject-matter expertise to support strategic reinsurance solutions.

Lead a pricing actuarial team to build, maintain, and improve models for direct casualty lines.
