Serve as a trusted advisor delivering risk control services: analyze loss data, develop risk management strategies, manage client relationships, collaborate with underwriting and internal teams, lead value-added engagements, and present industry thought leadership to drive retention and profitable growth.

Supports underwriting portfolio management by sourcing, validating, and analyzing internal and external data. Evaluates portfolio performance, competition, market trends, and strategic opportunities; develops predictive analyses, dashboards, visualizations, reports, and presentations. Leads end-to-end analytical projects and explores automation, AI, and emerging technologies. Maintain claim documentation, process reimbursements and vendor requests, provide reinsurance updates, and travel for audits and complex claims. The role requires strong workers’ compensation expertise, analytical judgment, organization, communication, and independent decision-making.

Designs and maintains secure, scalable cloud platform capabilities supporting application delivery, observability, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, deployment automation, and operational workflows. The role uses Azure, Terraform, ARM templates, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tools while embedding DevSecOps and SRE practices. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, platform escalation support, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Develops client engagement strategies and analytics for commercial insurance portfolios. Creates dashboards, scorecards, stewardship reports, and insights on policy performance, claims, renewals, and service utilization. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, claims, sales, and client engagement teams to improve client experiences, retention, and growth. Supports account meetings, resolves service issues, improves processes and data flows, and guides junior analysts. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Process policy transactions, manage customer requests via phone and email, produce state posting notices, perform data entry, scanning, document distribution, and maintain records. Support day-to-day Account Services operations, collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, and brokers, follow established procedures, and provide accurate, timely customer service in a hybrid onsite role.

The hybrid role requires at least three days weekly in the St. Louis corporate office.

Leads regional Workers’ Compensation claims operations, overseeing complex claims, reserves, settlements, litigation, medical exposure, and third-party administrators. Manages and develops Claims Managers and Analysts, audits claim handling and TPA performance, assigns claims, conducts appraisals, and trains staff. Partners with Underwriting, Medical Management, vendors, and counsel to achieve effective outcomes and ensure procedural compliance. The role is hybrid in St. Louis and may require travel for claims and TPA audits.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements and consolidated reports under IFRS. Perform internal controls, assist with quarterly/annual filings, research accounting guidance, document policies, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen reporting and controls.
