Lead pre-sales solution design and architecture for Oracle CX implementations (CPQ, Subscription Management, Commerce, Field Service). Support RFP responses, sales cycles, estimates, SOWs, demos, POCs, and transition to delivery. Drive client engagements, business process transformation, stakeholder presentations, and maintain relationships with Oracle and internal teams.

Lead technical design and delivery of Databricks lakehouse solutions: gather requirements, design and build scalable pipelines with Spark/PySpark and Python, integrate with cloud, enforce governance, optimize performance, lead code/review/testing/CI-CD, mentor engineers, and liaise with clients.

Lead and execute organizational change management strategies for Oracle Cloud and other large-scale technology implementations. Design and deliver adoption assessments, communications, training, and change networks; partner with project, technical, and training leads; manage multi-workstream deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans to drive cultural adoption and sustained transformation.

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics: design compensation plans, configure calculation rules, manage participant hierarchies, integrate data sources, build dashboards/reports, conduct UAT, and support dispute workflows to optimize incentive compensation programs.

Support and lead Pigment EPM project delivery: plan, execute, and close engagements while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, resource allocation, forecasting, and customer relationships. Drive governance, mentor consultants, contribute to estimation and pre-sales, and promote continuous improvement to ensure customer success and revenue expansion.
