The role identifies cost savings and process improvements, maintains vendor and purchasing records, supports strategic sourcing initiatives, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates with Finance, Operations, Accounts Payable, practice administrators, and vendors to resolve purchasing issues.

Process and review multi-frequency payrolls, validate timesheets and wage calculations, maintain payroll records, handle garnishments, support tax filings and year-end reporting, audit transactions, prepare payroll reports, and resolve employee payroll inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance.
