As an Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee waste collection activities, manage teams, ensure safety, handle customer concerns, and support operational goals.

Manage and develop inside sales, customer service, and broker teams; implement sales programs and reporting; prepare bids and sales reports; interact with customers and regulators; promote safe operating procedures; supervise, train, and motivate staff.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across multiple divisions in the Central Region. Build talent pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, support offers and pre-employment, track recruiting metrics, and partner with hiring managers. Sell commercial and industrial waste removal services using consultative sales. Prospect, cold-call, prepare proposals, manage key accounts and renewals, perform waste stream analysis, and build relationships through events and networking to grow district revenue.

Supervise and develop a team of Territory Growth Representatives managing B2B sales, pricing, margins, budgets, bids, service agreements, and customer/regulatory interactions to meet district revenue and budget targets.
