Serve as front‑desk lead handling walk‑in clients, phone and email triage, package/mail distribution, inventory of client items (keys, fobs, passes), database updates, emergency call forwarding, and support Community Managers and customer service team. Provide tier 2 technical support: maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, networks and minor servers; manage desktop and mobile device administration; deploy updates and software images using enterprise management tools; create documentation and collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and improve processes.
