Senior design verification engineer responsible for system-level verification using SystemVerilog/UVM and C/C++ testbenches. Duties include testplan development, building BFM/driver/monitor/scoreboard components, stress and corner testing, failure debug, assertions, coverage closure, gate-level simulations, and customer reporting.

Manage assigned accounts for Southern Ohio, drive solution selling and margin growth, qualify leads, process excess inventory, collaborate with Arrow teams, and maintain account data and reviews.

Support warehouse design and operational excellence by designing layouts, specifying material handling equipment, leading capital projects and optimization initiatives, documenting standards, analyzing performance, and supporting automation and vendor coordination to improve safety, productivity, and service levels across distribution centers.

Design and execute SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments: plan verification, write constrained-random and directed tests, measure and close coverage, run gate-level sims, and automate regressions. Work includes C-based processor-in-loop tests, emulation, memory/MMU and DSP/memory-subsystem verification, and power-aware/formal methodologies when applicable.

Manage execution and administration of executive compensation programs including salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity. Support governance, proxy disclosures, analytics, modeling, and audit-ready documentation. Maintain data integrity across systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process discipline and scalability for executive compensation operations.

Develop and verify Flight Management System software for avionics: derive high- and low-level requirements from system requirements, analyze system architecture, create and execute test cases/procedures, generate test reports, build support utilities, perform dry runs and RFS activities, and collaborate with team members onsite in Cedar Rapids.

Manage day-to-day sales activities, quotes, order processing and customer service for assigned accounts. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and systems (e-Compass, CARES, Quote Center), resolve pre/post-sales issues, manage inventory exceptions, drive on-time delivery and order quality, and support sales team escalations and contract/consignment processes.

Provide legal counsel and lead Arrow's global trade compliance organization on U.S. and international export controls, sanctions, customs, licensing, classifications, and related trade matters. Advise business units, review contracts, coordinate license applications, monitor regulations, communicate risk, develop policy and training, and manage a large global team to ensure compliance while enabling business objectives.

Lead architecture and implementation of SoC design verification environments using SV/UVM. Develop constrained-random, self-checking testbenches, SoC test firmware in C/C++, automate verification flows, close coverage/regression, and support multi-million gate ASIC tapeout including formal verification and methodology improvements.

Design and develop hardware from concept through production for microcontroller-based systems. Create analog and mixed-signal circuits, power supplies, and manage signal integrity. Use EDA tools for schematic/PCB design, validate prototypes with lab equipment, ensure EMI/EMC compliance (automotive), and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test teams to ensure manufacturability and robustness.
