Performs application, network, wireless, and enclave penetration testing for a DoD client. Identifies cybersecurity vulnerabilities, develops mitigation strategies, coordinates testing with system owners, and prepares assessment reports and recommendations. The role requires extensive Federal procurement experience, including government and contractor service in GS-1102-equivalent positions, along with strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Executes federal and DoD acquisition processes, develops and reviews procurement requisition packages, coordinates integrated product teams, advises customers on acquisition requirements and strategies, tracks milestones, maintains acquisition systems and portals, manages communications and status reporting, and ensures documentation is complete for contracting office transfer.

Design secure SCADA and ICS architectures, network segmentation, remote access, and SOC/SIEM integrations. Maintain security plans, POA&Ms, and RMF documentation aligned with NIST, ISA/IEC, and EPA guidance. Develop incident response playbooks and recovery plans, conduct exercises, and brief utility operators, engineers, executives, and federal stakeholders.

Manages day-to-day technical delivery for Army information systems projects at Fort Belvoir. Responsibilities include developing and executing project plans, managing schedules, teams, risks, costs, requirements, integrations, and stakeholder meetings. The role leads project life cycles and briefs Army leadership on project status and benefits. Candidates need PMP certification, at least five years of information systems program management and Army PPB experience, and a Secret clearance.

Manages DoD or federal acquisition programs and contractor task execution, serving as the primary Government contact. Develop and test data connections, dashboards, reports, applications, and automated business processes within a cloud-based OneStream SaaS platform.
