Provides escalation support, analyzes equipment performance, leads failure reviews, mentors technical staff, coordinates vendors and capital installations, and communicates project timelines and operational impacts. Travel is required up to 10%.

Liaise across internal teams and external partners, manage schedules, budgets, and project controls (Primavera, cost estimating), and provide strategic advisory to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project completion.

Lead land acquisition and development projects from feasibility through approvals and construction start. Manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate surveys and permits, prepare budgets and schedules, present to municipal bodies, and ensure project delivery across multi-state rollouts.
