Manage real estate pipeline data governance, forecasting, and reporting. Develop dashboards and BI tools, produce recurring/financial analyses in Excel, track transactions and critical dates, support strategy and delivery teams, and perform ad-hoc analytics for new tool development.

Act as regional project controls focal point for CRE project delivery: manage cost analysis, schedule development, procurement strategy, vendor relationships, pipeline tracking, resource planning, reporting, training/onboarding, data quality, and tooling (Smartsheet, MS Suite, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SFDC). Support program execution, business case scenarios, standards development, and cross-functional coordination for multiple CapEx/OpEx projects.

Manage and coordinate tenant improvement and facilities projects: develop budgets and schedules, oversee consultants and construction teams, review change orders and invoices, produce reports and drawings, ensure compliance with codes and client policies, and collaborate with account and facility management to meet project objectives.

Manage administrative intake, build and maintain automated workflows and dashboards, support billing/forecasting, coordinate operational meetings and onboarding, and standardize recurring processes to reduce manual work and executive status checks.
