Lead commercial interior design projects end-to-end, from programming and space planning through detailed design documentation. Lead underwriting and valuation for investment sales: build and audit ARGUS and Excel DCF models, prepare Broker Opinions of Value and Offering Memorandums, support due diligence and transaction execution, manage data rooms and timelines, conduct market research, and communicate with clients, investors, and internal deal teams.

Lead and manage engineering/construction projects for client accounts or property portfolios, including budgeting, scheduling, consultant and contractor oversight, drawing and report coordination across design and construction phases, client communication, and supervising project staff to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Provide BI and transaction support for aerospace & defense client accounts: analyze large datasets, build Power BI reports and executive deliverables, track transaction lifecycles, ensure data governance, support capital/budget planning, and produce actionable insights for stakeholders.

Manage and execute commercial real estate transaction services for national/international clients, including lease negotiations, site selection, LOIs, renewals, transaction review and approval, workflow tracking, stakeholder coordination, training, and process improvements to ensure quality service delivery.
