Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to build and maintain Power BI/Microsoft Fabric data models and dashboards. Automate workflows with Power Automate/Power Apps and Alteryx, produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, maintain documentation of dataflows/mappings, ensure data quality with suppliers, and support stakeholders across real estate and corporate services.

Lead project controls and data governance for global real estate and workplace projects. Establish centralized controls, ensure data integrity and compliance, produce governance models, dashboards, audits, and reporting. Collaborate with PMO, IT, finance, and stakeholders to standardize processes, train teams, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Lead establishment and maintenance of centralized project controls and data governance for global real estate and workplace projects. Oversee document control, QA/QC, cost and performance reporting, governance frameworks, training, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance, data integrity, and consistent project delivery across client locations.

Support Capital Markets brokers with financial analysis and valuation: build and audit Excel and Argus Enterprise models, perform DCF and pro forma analyses, review leases and due diligence, conduct market research, summarize findings, prepare marketing materials, and support process improvements and quality control. On-site in Washington, DC with occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.
