Senior Director responsible for day-to-day management and financial performance of a multifamily apartment portfolio. Oversees property and regional managers, budgets, marketing, occupancy, capital improvements, personnel, contractors, compliance, reporting, and property visits. Develops strategies to improve asset performance, maintains customer service standards, evaluates teams, communicates with asset management, and monitors market conditions. The role requires extensive travel between properties and strong knowledge of multifamily operations and Fair Housing regulations.

Support a Capital Markets broker team by preparing financial analyses, valuations, debt/equity offering memoranda, Excel and Argus models, pro formas, lender/investor matrices, market research, due diligence review, and transaction closing support. Produce marketing materials, weekly status reports, and maintain lender/investor contact lists while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Manage MEP design and construction projects: develop and maintain budgets and schedules, coordinate design phases and drawing reviews, select and oversee consultants and contractors, review requisitions and change orders, ensure code and safety compliance, supervise project staff, report progress to stakeholders, and support client relations and service marketing.

Responsible for leading engineering efforts within the organization, ensuring the team meets operational standards and project goals effectively.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, prepare baseline schedules and schedule analyses, monitor critical path and variances, advise stakeholders, and produce progress reports to support efficient construction project delivery.

Lead business development and delivery of complex mission-critical and advanced-technology commercial real estate projects. Serve as primary client representative, coordinate internal and external teams, manage project controls (scheduling, cost estimating), oversee delivery from planning through construction, and drive cross-business collaboration and innovation to meet client and stakeholder objectives.

Serve as the onsite frontline for a dedicated zone/building, providing high-touch employee and visitor support, reception duties, space readiness, issue identification and escalation, work-order submission, user education, and voice-of-customer capture to improve workplace experience and processes.

Lead end-to-end construction project delivery including budget and schedule management, vendor/contract negotiations, permitting, design coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation across multiple sites. Support business development and enforce PDS standards and technologies.

Lead BIM implementation and coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, interiors and specialty systems for hotel/mixed-use projects. Develop BEPs, BIM standards, CDE management, clash detection, model reviews, integrate BIM with scheduling/quantity takeoffs, support construction and digital handover, provide stakeholder liaison and training.

Manage cost management activities for complex capital projects: establish cost programs, integrate cost plans, analyze cost risk, drive accruals and forecasts, support risk assessments and earned value management, review invoices, assist with RFP/RFQ and contract negotiations, and develop cost procedures and estimates.
