Execute keyword strategy, campaign architecture, bidding/automation, Performance Max, and day-to-day campaign ops. Use AI to speed workflows, build dashboards, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally on attribution, landing pages, and audience signals to hit CAC and acquisition goals.

Handle escalated support tickets from parents and teachers via email, investigate ambiguous situations, make independent judgment calls, occasionally manage Trust & Safety issues involving sensitive content, communicate outcomes clearly, and share feedback with the CX team.
