Own the global operating backbone for a 70+ person Sales Engineering organization. Responsibilities include standardizing POV/POC processes, managing KPIs and reporting, improving demo and enablement infrastructure, coordinating capacity and certification tracking, and driving cross-functional process adoption. The role partners with regional Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to identify risks, improve productivity, and deliver decision-ready insights across global regions.

Own financial visibility and accountability for AWS, Azure, GCP, data center, and colocation spend. Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost taxonomy, FinOps reporting, optimization initiatives, vendor analysis, and contract negotiations. Partner with Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Finance leadership to improve infrastructure cost management, unit economics, and EBITDA performance. Build dashboards and self-service analytics while advising leaders on the financial impact of architecture and infrastructure decisions.

Own customer experience and delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting across Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Renewals. Analyze customer, operational, usage, and financial data to identify risks, trends, bottlenecks, and renewal threats. Partner with leaders to define KPIs, translate business questions into recommendations, validate data quality, automate reporting, and build self-service analytics. Collaborate with AI teams to measure the impact of AI-driven tools.

Leads Mimecast’s global reseller partner program strategy, designing scalable programs that increase partner engagement and revenue. Oversees partner onboarding, communications, enablement, certification, analytics, governance, incentives, and market development funds. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, Services, and Customer Success. Engages reseller partners through advisory councils and feedback programs, translates insights into roadmap improvements, and builds a high-performing team supporting channel programs and enablement.

Manage and grow existing mid-market accounts through upsell, retention, and account penetration. Execute account and sales activity plans, collaborate with partners, maintain CRM and KPIs, forecast pipeline, conduct customer reviews, and travel to client sites to drive incremental revenue and meet quota.

Provides first-line technical support for Mimecast customers by phone and email. Troubleshoots issues, diagnoses root causes, implements solutions, documents cases, escalates complex problems, and maintains knowledge resources. The role also identifies recurring issues, recommends improvements, explains technical concepts clearly, and delivers a professional, empathetic customer experience while collaborating with internal teams.
