Supports federal civilian sales teams by providing technical expertise on F5 solutions. Responsibilities include solution design, technical presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, sales-team mentoring, opportunity qualification, stakeholder mapping, technical validation, and customer support throughout the sales lifecycle. Oversees capitalization, depreciation, amortization, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, disclosures, monthly close, audits, and SOX controls. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, FP&A, Legal, Facilities, Tax, and international accounting teams. Drives process standardization, automation, risk identification, and accounting improvements.

Designs and enhances monitoring, detection, observability, logging, and incident response capabilities for F5’s distributed cloud platform. The role integrates SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, APM, and cloud security tools; improves telemetry quality and vulnerability remediation; maintains SIEM deployments; automates security and compliance through Infrastructure as Code; and supports incident response through 24/7 on-call rotations.

Designs, integrates, operates, and maintains security monitoring and auditing across F5’s global cloud platform. Develops logging, telemetry, metrics, alerts, and SIEM integrations; tunes detections; supports incident response and forensic readiness; and uses generative AI to improve investigations and automate security workflows. The role partners with engineering, SRE, compliance, and business teams and may require on-call and weekend shifts.

Leads F5’s enterprise incident response and cyber crisis management program, coordinating high-severity cyber and product security incidents from detection through recovery and post-incident review. Owns response governance, playbooks, metrics, executive reporting, tabletop exercises, and operational improvements. Provides technical leadership across cloud, identity, endpoint, application, API, Kubernetes, AI, and product security environments while coordinating engineering, legal, privacy, communications, customer support, and business stakeholders.

Leads system-level hardware design for high-performance electronic systems from architecture through production. Develops high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal designs; creates CPLD implementations using Verilog; addresses signal and power integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal, manufacturability, testability, and reliability. Provides technical leadership and mentoring, collaborates with suppliers and manufacturing partners, supports troubleshooting and sustaining engineering, and contributes to design reviews, documentation, testing, and process improvement.

Leads system-level hardware design for high-performance electronic systems from architecture through production. Responsibilities include defining requirements, designing high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal subsystems, ensuring manufacturability, testability, reliability, and signal and power integrity, and developing CPLD designs using Verilog HDL. Lead EMC, product safety, and NEBS compliance activities for F5 hardware products. Coordinate testing vendors, develop test plans and procedures, review certification reports, assess hardware designs, interpret regulatory standards, investigate non-compliance root causes, and maintain compliance documentation. The role requires electrical or mechanical engineering expertise, hands-on compliance testing experience, schematic and BOM analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 25% travel for off-site testing and seminars.
