Design, extend, and operate enterprise-scale Ceph clusters and core subsystems in C++; optimize performance, implement multi-site DR, integrate with Kubernetes and CI/CD, build automation, observability, encryption/KMS, and maintain production-grade SOPs and documentation.

Design and execute end-to-end tests for client, control plane, and media plane components. Develop automated functional, performance, and regression test suites. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and fix defects, maintain test environments and CI pipelines, and document test plans, cases, and results for release readiness.

Perform incoming quality control testing for Fortinet network security hardware and firmware. Develop IQC test scripts, guide technicians, run tests, apply BIOS/OS/SMC/CPLD rework, troubleshoot failures, prepare units for shipment, and report findings while collaborating with global engineering and quality teams.

Build and maintain media backend services for real-time audio/video/screen sharing. Implement media routing, session management, and signaling; optimize for low latency with adaptive bitrate and congestion control. Collaborate with control plane and client teams, and ensure scalability, resilience, and observability of media services.

Pre-sales technical lead for assigned enterprise accounts: qualify leads, support sales calls, demonstrate networking/security solutions, act as post-sales technical contact, coordinate with support and engineering, and provide customer training.

Manage and grow MSSP partnerships to drive Fortinet solution adoption and revenue. Recruit and develop MSSP partners in the Northeast, deliver sales and technical training, build business and marketing plans (including MDF), collaborate with internal teams, guide MSSP offer development, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Provide centralized sales operations support across assigned districts: manage opportunity and quote lifecycles in Salesforce, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, coordinate quoting with Deal Desk and Finance, perform month-end reconciliations (Oracle and POS), and support cross-functional channel communications without quota or prospecting responsibilities.
