Partner with account sales to qualify enterprise opportunities, lead discovery workshops and security assessments, design secure architectures (network, cloud, SecOps), deliver technical/executive presentations and demos, advise on Zero Trust/SASE/Cloud/SecOps strategies, and support post-sale transitions to ensure customer value realization.

Provide escalation-level technical support for Fortinet products (especially FortiGate), troubleshoot and reproduce customer issues in lab environments, analyze configurations, recommend fixes, manage case escalations and communications, educate customers, and collaborate with QA and development.

Design, provision, and execute end-to-end tests for Fortinet datacenter infrastructure. Create test plans, configure traffic generators, reproduce production topologies, run test cases, analyze results, and produce technical reports while collaborating with R&D, networking, and systems teams.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Fortinet products (especially FortiGate). Troubleshoot customer environments, analyze configurations and system data, reproduce issues in lab, recommend corrective actions, manage escalations and customer communications, liaise with QA/development, educate customers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Design and build cross-platform desktop (Electron) and native mobile client apps, create responsive web interfaces, implement WebRTC-based real-time audio/video/chat, integrate with backend APIs and authentication, and participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

Drive direct sales into assigned named enterprise accounts, create and execute territory plans, develop executive relationships, coordinate proposals/RFPs/SOWs, negotiate contracts, and promote Fortinet security solutions to meet quarterly sales goals.
