Drive regional revenue by managing and training Fortinet reseller partners, developing joint business and marketing plans (including MDF), aligning partner KPIs, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and engineering to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Provide end-to-end HR operations support for US employees, including onboarding/offboarding, Oracle HCM Cloud transactions, HR compliance and audits, employee experience programs, ticketing system support, special projects, and confidential HR administration.

Lead QA efforts for FortiADC by designing and executing manual and automated tests, building scalable network simulation frameworks, reproducing customer issues, performing root-cause analysis, and improving QA automation and test environments for networking and load-balancing features.

Provide pre-sales technical qualification and demonstrations, act as primary technical resource on sales calls, and serve as post-sales technical contact. Troubleshoot with support/engineering, deliver training, and travel within the territory to support customer deployment and adoption of Fortinet networking and security solutions.

Build and execute regional marketing automation campaigns (canvas, feeders, emails, landing pages, forms, segmentations). Collaborate with field marketers to gather requirements, manage campaign execution plans, prepare and import offline data, perform data manipulation and normalization, and recommend data stewardship improvements. Maintain industry best practices and support demand generation to drive engagement and revenue.
