Manage and drive direct sales into major enterprise accounts for Fortinet products. Build executive relationships, create strategic account plans, manage RFI/RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and close large enterprise deals while meeting quarterly sales targets.

Own and grow the FortiCNAPP business in an assigned territory by prospecting new logos and existing customers, managing the full sales cycle, driving pipeline 3-5x quota, executing disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining product and industry expertise. Travel for customer meetings as required.

Senior systems/sales engineer driving pre-sales technical engagement with hyperscaler customers. Build trusted technical relationships, deliver demos/PoCs/labs, evangelize Fortinet solutions, and partner with Major Account Manager to achieve sales targets.

Provide pre-sales technical support to SLED sales teams: assess customer requirements, design Fortinet-based solutions, present to customers/partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure customer success and growth.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for Fortinet products (especially FortiGate). Collect and analyze customer configurations and system data, reproduce environments in lab, recommend corrective actions, liaise with QA/development, manage escalations until closure, educate customers, and participate in on-call rotations. Requires strong networking and security knowledge and excellent customer communication.

Lead product quality data collection, analysis, and dashboarding across NPI, IQC, PQC and RMA. Identify failure modes, perform root-cause analysis, drive corrective actions, support technical support and suppliers, and ensure ISO9001 compliance and quality system improvements.

Design and execute end-to-end tests for client, control plane, and media plane components. Develop automated functional, performance, and regression test suites. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and fix defects, maintain test environments and CI pipelines, and document test plans, cases, and results for release readiness.

Provide pre-sales technical qualification and demonstrations, act as primary technical resource on sales calls, and serve as post-sales technical contact. Troubleshoot with support/engineering, deliver training, and travel within the territory to support customer deployment and adoption of Fortinet networking and security solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, high-performance security data analytics platforms. Collaborate with engineers, QA, and DevOps to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance; participate in system design and research emerging technologies.

Serve as a technical trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, partnering with sales to qualify opportunities, run discovery and security assessments, design secure architectures (network, cloud, SecOps), deliver demos to technical and executive stakeholders, and support post-sale transitions to ensure long-term value realization.
