Manage and motivate onsite sales associates to meet daily sales targets, recruit and train new hires, evaluate team performance, lead sales meetings and presentations, enforce sales policies, and maintain high customer satisfaction and production standards.

Handle tour reception, guest qualification, data entry, gifting reconciliation, contract preparation, and administrative support for Sales, Marketing, HR, and resort teams while maintaining PII/PCI compliance.

On-site sales role conducting Zoom presentations to prequalified owners, building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing vacation membership sales. Compensation is hourly plus commission with training, incentives, and benefits for 30+ hour associates.

Deliver face-to-face sales presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective and current owners, communicate travel membership benefits, close sales from company-provided leads, meet production and compliance standards, attend ongoing training and meetings, and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals. Must work weekends and holidays and obtain applicable Florida real estate or timeshare license.
