Assist the In-House Marketing Manager by supervising and developing in-house marketing staff, running daily and weekly marketing and penetration reports, coordinating with sales on tour flow and marketing programs, maintaining records and collateral, resolving tour/booking issues, ordering supplies, and performing other assigned duties to meet corporate deadlines.

Leads marketing operations for the Anaheim vacation ownership market, partnering with marketing and sales leadership to execute business plans, improve tour production and financial performance, analyze campaigns and compensation plans, implement best practices, and train and motivate marketing personnel. Maintains regulatory compliance, ethical standards, accurate records, customer service quality, vendor relationships, and budget performance.

Conduct in-person one-on-one sales presentations to prequalified clients, use closing techniques to generate sales, follow company compliance standards, attend trainings and meetings, stay current on product and industry knowledge, and work within a short luxury sales cycle.
