In-person resort marketing role that greets and qualifies prospective and current owners, schedules sales presentations, makes reservations and collects deposits, meets performance goals, and attends trainings and meetings to stay current on materials and performance metrics.

Deliver face-to-face sales presentations at resort sales centers, build rapport with prospective/current owners, present benefits of Club Wyndham, generate sales using closing techniques, work from company-provided leads, meet performance goals, attend ongoing training, and maintain required licenses and production standards.

Conduct one-on-one in-person sales presentations to prequalified prospective owners, close sales using proper techniques, stay compliant with company policies, attend trainings and meetings, maintain product and industry knowledge, and work in a high-energy hospitality sales environment.

Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at resort-based sales centers to generate timeshare/travel membership sales from prequalified leads. Maintain production standards, attend ongoing training, meet performance goals, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. No travel outside the home site required.

Support resort operations by greeting and qualifying touring guests, entering tour/gift/contract data into reservation systems, reconciling daily gifts and cash, preparing timeshare sales contracts, maintaining secure owner records, distributing premiums, answering guest inquiries, and providing administrative support to Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams.

Provide face-to-face marketing and concierge-style service to resort guests, schedule and incentivize meetings with member services for owner updates and workshops, coordinate with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets, and maintain production and service standards.

Sell vacation ownership through one-on-one, in-person presentations to prequalified prospects. Use closing techniques, follow company compliance and policies, attend trainings and meetings, stay current on product and industry trends, and work with on-site marketing-provided clients.

Provide sales site administrative support including data entry, reporting, inventory audits, guest interactions, cash-handling compliance, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth sales operations with weekend and holiday availability.

Support month-end close and financial reporting, prepare journal entries, reconcile cash and balance sheet accounts, perform Hyperion (HFM) close tasks, produce variance analysis and financial statements per GAAP, assist with audits and quarterly reporting, respond to AR/customer inquiries, and contribute to ad hoc reporting and special projects while maintaining internal controls.
