Own US consumer acquisition P&L, manage agency relationships across paid search, social, display and programmatic, shift focus to prospecting, build AI-driven dashboards and attribution (Claude Code/Python/GA4), run incrementality analyses and budget models, automate reporting, coordinate cross-functionally (marketing, product, PR, affiliates), direct SEO strategy for US content, and drive AI-native acquisition methods.

Provide high-touch technical support and troubleshooting for Trend AI products (on‑prem and SaaS), resolve complex customer issues, interface with engineering, set up lab environments, mentor junior engineers, participate in projects and on‑call rotations, and maintain knowledge of current and beta product releases.

The candidate will design, implement, and improve features for the Zero Trust Network Access capability within the Trend Vision One platform, ensuring security and operational integrity across customer applications.

Manage channel marketing operations and partner program execution: lead mapping/uploads, SPIF payouts, partner event coordination, CRM/contact hygiene (Dynamics), global calendar and MDF administration, swag fulfillment, reporting and analytics in Excel, and support co-branded assets and partner enablement.

Lead end-to-end business transformation and innovation initiatives to improve processes, drive measurable outcomes, and embed continuous improvement. Partner with global stakeholders, define KPIs, run workshops, translate strategy into execution roadmaps, and champion change adoption across functions.

Design, build, and maintain on-prem and cloud continuous build, automated testing, and release infrastructure. Develop and run automated and manual system tests, enhance automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, test network protocols and security inspection, set up test labs, monitor metrics and alerts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and verify defects.
