Drive revenue growth by owning strategic accounts, developing market and go-to-market strategies, managing partner integrations, and nurturing customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Own commercial outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (especially AI-driven), forecast pipeline, and lead executive engagement and business reviews. Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and legal/procurement to ensure adoption, value realization, and successful delivery. Travel as needed (~30%) and influence product roadmap through customer advocacy.
