Short-term freelance CPA SME to translate audit and tax strategies into measurable learning and performance objectives, collaborate on high-level program design, blueprint simulations, and validate content depth to accelerate junior CPA competency. Lead proposal strategy and storytelling for client-facing learning solutions. Craft tailored RFP responses and persuasive proposals, design learner journeys and solution concepts (eLearning, ILT, gamification, AI, VR/AR), ensure RFP compliance, coordinate case studies and visuals, and collaborate with Solution Architects, Art Directors, and account teams to hand off won projects.

Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for internal IT initiatives (AI, cybersecurity, workplace apps). Conduct learner needs assessments, build eLearning in Articulate Rise/Storyline 360, create facilitator materials, deliver live/virtual sessions, collaborate with SMEs, deploy to LMS, and measure adoption and learner satisfaction.
