Drives acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs, strategic partnerships, and corporate venture investments across storage and deep-tech markets. Builds deal pipelines, evaluates build-versus-buy decisions, develops financial models, and presents recommendations to executive leadership and the Board. Partners cross-functionally on transaction execution and integration planning.

Own Corporate Marketing’s budget, forecasting, financial governance, semi-annual planning, KPI reporting, analytics rigor, and marketing operations infrastructure. Establish campaign measurement standards and guide Salesforce and Marketo readiness. Serve as chief of staff to the VP of Corporate Marketing by coordinating operating cadences, executive materials, priorities, cross-functional execution, and special projects.

Support startup investment analysis and relationship development with investors and advisors. The role requires live transaction experience, strong valuation and quantitative skills, independent execution, and clear communication with senior leadership.

Own strategic projects across data storage and new ventures, leading market sizing, competitive analysis, customer and segment research, GTM frameworks, and build-buy-partner assessments. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and executive presentations for C-suite and Board audiences. Conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize complex information into recommendations, and collaborate with commercial, product, finance, and executive stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Provides strategic legal support to Worldwide Sales and Marketing, focusing on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, evaluating transaction risks, supporting go-to-market strategies, and advising on RFPs and RFQs. Oversees contract management processes, playbooks, templates, and CLM workflows; drives legal technology and process improvements; mentors contract personnel; and contributes to cross-functional legal and business initiatives.

Manage enterprise-wide performance programs, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews, assessments, and calibration. Develop AI-enabled digital resources, facilitate manager and employee training, partner with HR teams globally, analyze adoption and effectiveness data, support change management, and promote fair, consistent performance outcomes.
