Leads WD’s global product management organization across roadmap strategy, product marketing, product introduction, demand planning, supply allocation, and customer agreements. Build market models, assess emerging opportunities, guide investment and portfolio decisions, and support quarterly and annual strategic planning. Partners with executives, recruiters, and hiring leaders to identify senior technical talent, applies advanced Boolean search and sourcing platforms, and builds AI-powered workflows and automations to improve recruiting productivity. Coaches stakeholders on talent markets, candidate availability, sourcing practices, and emerging recruiting technologies.

Leads global customer support operations initiatives, coordinating contact center readiness, telecom and routing changes, workforce coverage, reporting, UAT, regional alignment, vendor execution, and post-launch issue resolution. Reviews operational data to identify service risks, staffing gaps, backlog concerns, and efficiency opportunities. Partners with project management, IT, telecom, workforce, quality, customer experience, and regional support teams to implement consistent operational improvements across channels and languages.

Provides administrative and executive support to multiple senior leaders, including calendar management, travel, expenses, procurement, and visit coordination. Oversees facility walkthroughs, cleaning vendor performance, site logistics, employee events, recognition activities, and blood drives. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate administrative systems.

Develops, optimizes, and sustains semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes including wet etch, liftoff, snow, and electroplating. Responsibilities include wafer failure analysis, hold disposition, corrective actions, yield and cycle-time improvement, equipment and process qualification, APC/SPC implementation, process documentation, and manufacturing-team training.
