Owns system integration test lab validation plans for HDD development and sustaining programs, coordinates launch readiness, communicates milestones and risks, and influences cross-functional decisions. The role leads complex, multi-customer validation programs, presents status to senior leadership, drives issue resolution, mentors team members, and contributes to process improvement and SIT Lab strategy. Deep HDD storage, firmware, product validation, and program management expertise is required.

Lead wafer quality assurance through failure analysis, manufacturing and process readiness reviews, 8D/CAPA closure, and FMEA facilitation. Partner with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to implement automated quality surveillance, anomaly detection, and digital quality-management solutions. Evaluate generative AI and digital-agent technologies, deploy AI-assisted monitoring for quality processes, improve root-cause identification, and advance predictive quality across semiconductor manufacturing.

Leads supplier technology enablement, manufacturing capability, cost reduction, quality improvement, capacity planning, resilience, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with suppliers and engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and program management teams to evaluate technologies, optimize processes, resolve systemic issues, and scale cost-effective supply chain solutions. Requires strong technical, analytical, supplier-facing, and cross-functional leadership skills, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Supports sales and marketing initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, lead generation, customer outreach, event planning, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, competitive intelligence reports, and campaign performance analysis. The intern collaborates with sales and marketing teams while developing professional skills in the technology and data-storage industry.

Summer interns support Finance and Accounting teams across FP&A, tax, audit, business unit finance, treasury, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and revenue accounting. They contribute to cross-functional projects, prepare presentations, analyze financial information, and develop corporate finance skills through structured onboarding, mentorship, and professional development. Strong communication, collaboration, independent work, and Microsoft Office skills are expected, with Excel proficiency especially important.

Summer 2027 HR Interns will complete a meaningful project within a specialized HR team such as Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, or Organizational Development. They will participate in structured training, use HR tools and analytics, collaborate across teams, learn from HR leaders, and present a capstone project. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, demonstrate analytical and communication skills, and be available full-time for 12 weeks in San Jose.

Translate complex AI infrastructure and enterprise technology concepts into compelling narratives, manage editorial calendars and content partners, develop YouTube and video strategy, support executive storytelling, and optimize content performance through KPIs, SEO, and analytics. The role also governs editorial standards, budgets, and scalable content operations.
